I. Remote Tuning Services:

A. Eligibility for Refunds: We offer refunds for remote tuning services if we are unable to complete the service due to technical issues or incompatibility with your vehicle. However, if the service has already been provided, we cannot offer a refund.

B. Refund Request Process: To request a refund for remote tuning services, please contact us at tuning@zacktuned.com within 15 days of the purchase date. Provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue. We will review your request and respond as soon as possible. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take up to 7 business days to process.

II. Remote Tuning Device (RTD+):

A. Eligibility for Refunds: We offer refunds for remote tuning devices if the device is defective or does not work as advertised. If you experience any issues with the device, please contact us at tuning@zacktuned.com within 15 days of the purchase date. We will work with you to troubleshoot the issue, and if we are unable to resolve the problem, we will issue a full refund.

B. Refund Request Process: To request a refund for remote tuning devices, please contact us at tuning@zacktuned.com within 15 days of the purchase date. Provide your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue. We will review your request and respond as soon as possible. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take up to 7 business days to process.

Please note that for the refund to be accepted, the product should be in it's original packaging, undamaged, along with all other accessories that came with the device. 

III. No Refunds for Completed Services:

A. Eligibility for Refunds: We do not offer refunds for completed remote tuning services. Once the service is completed, the sale is final. However, we do offer support for any issues you may encounter after the service is completed.

B. Refund Request Process: If you encounter any issues with the service after it has been completed, please contact us at tuning@zacktuned.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

IV. Changes to Refund Policy:

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
